Should we use Okta Workflows, a script or custom code?
Native workflows suit processes their connectors already support. Scripts and serverless functions handle scheduled jobs and events. Custom software is for more complex state or a dedicated interface. We recommend the simplest option your team can maintain.
Can you fix an automation someone else built?
Yes. We review the failing runs, trace the dependencies, fix the causes in priority order and document what changed and why.
What do you need to scope a build?
