Halation Systems is the commercial brand used for this website. The website operator is Halation Systems Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17416848. Its registered office is 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. The registered office is a statutory address and is not presented as a customer-facing location. The data controller is Halation Systems Ltd. Privacy enquiries can be sent to enquiries@halationsystems.com.
What the site collects
The enquiry form collects your name, work email, company, the type of help requested, optional timing and the project brief you choose to submit. A hidden anti-spam field, submission-start time and a one-way hash derived from the connection address are processed to detect abuse and apply a submission limit.
How it is used
Information is used to assess and respond to an enquiry, retain any necessary record of the conversation and protect the form from abuse. It is not added to a marketing list.
Delivery, storage and retention
Form submissions are delivered by Resend to the Halation Systems Google Workspace enquiries mailbox. They are stored in Resend email delivery systems, Halation Systems Google Workspace mailbox and retained for 12 months after the last enquiry contact, unless the record becomes part of an active client engagement or must be kept longer for a legal obligation. Resend's primary processing is in the United States. Resend uses the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for applicable UK transfers. Google Workspace may process data internationally under its applicable contractual safeguards.
What not to send
Do not submit passwords, keys, personal records or confidential configuration. Platform names and a high-level problem description are sufficient for an initial enquiry.
Cookies, analytics and local storage
The launch site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. One session-storage preference remembers whether ambient motion was paused; it contains no identity or enquiry information and expires with the browser session.
